Lads, despite the loss yesterday we played well and must use this for next week's game as it will be tough against Caldy 3s.
Please try to make it to training on thursday night; I won't be there as I'm in the Netherlands but Matty Wright will be.
Half those there last Thursday were from the 2s so let's build on that.
